Proposals and agreements
No scope, price, date, or legal commitment becomes binding unless documented and approved in the relevant proposal or contract. General conversations alone are not binding commitments.
Ownership and confidentiality
IP rights, licences, and confidentiality are governed by the signed project agreement. Visiting or using this site grants no right in Asned or client materials.
Updates
These are initial operating terms and should receive legal review before commercial launch. We may update them when needed, with the effective date shown in the published version.
